1. When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.


2. How long does delivery take?

We offer worldwide shipping (excluding Africa). Estimated delivery times:

  • USA & Canada: 3–5 business days

  • Europe & Asia: 5–7 business days

  • Oceania & Latin America: 5–7 business days


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track it through the "Track My Order" page on our site.


4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags. See our [Return Policy] for full details.
